About Gordon

I've worked inside the real estate transaction — not just around it. My career began in the title insurance industry. I searched and examined real property records, issuing title reports, final policies, and endorsements, clearing title exceptions, plotting easements, and recording subdivision and parcel maps. As a title foreclosure officer, I prepared foreclosure reports and documents under California's foreclosure statutes. I then spent the majority of my real estate career in commercial lending, preparing loan documents and coordinating closings between buyers, sellers, escrow, title, and attorneys.

That multi-industry foundation gives me a ground-level view of the real estate transaction process — from lender application, through title recordation, to escrow disbursement — insight I now bring to my clients and customers as a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Nexus in Redondo Beach, serving both residential and commercial buyers and sellers.
